Role Description

To build Princess brand engagement within the travel agent community via the delivery of key sales messages and product knowledge.

Accountabilities

 Operate as a Princess Ambassador across set geographical area

  • 100% completion of given area call file
  • Deliver key sales messages within each call
  • Completion of in store audit
  • Take a photo with the store and upload to social media
  • Reporting of any insight post call

Convey all sales messages, current offers and sales initiatives to national, miniple and individual agents within your regions. Help maximise their commission potential in terms of business generated margin attainment and ongoing sales queries. To be the “go to” person for agents in Scotland and Northern Ireland for Newmarket Holidays

Field-based, essentially 3 on the road days, June – Dec. Weekend and evening work are expected as part of the role if necessary, including roadshows, events and conferences.

The role of the Business Development Rep is to be the face-to-face contact for our agents across the South Wales region. We have a commercial agreement in place with Hays Travel, the UK’s largest travel agency giving us very good coverage across the country. We are looking for someone who can support our growth as we put all our efforts into supporting agents instead of directly with the customer, we feel it adds more value to our holidays being able to offer customers the opportunity to book locally. The person will need to engage with the agents across the region, promoting Yellowdays and bringing the agents on board our journey. Initially we want to trial this with a day a week for 4 weeks to gage the response we get.

In addition to the day rate all pre-agreed expenses will be paid along with 35p per mile.
